2020 will mark the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment to the US Constitution that granted women the right to vote.  As a Woman Owned Business Cloud Next level has plans to recognize this centennial next year through our Apprenticeship Program.

Relaunch, Returnship, Encore, Second Act, whatever you may call it the fact is that 43% of women with children leave work voluntarily at some point in their career.  93% of these women who took a career break want to rejoin the workforce.   At Cloud Next Level we have been offering Apprenticeship opportunities since day one.  In 2020 we plan to gear those apprenticeships for women returning to the workforce.

We think this is an exciting opportunity to help women by giving them tangible hands on training in the dynamic and growing world of the Salesforce ecosystem.  At Cloud Next Level, we’ve created an apprenticeship program which pairs aspiring Salesforce professionals with experienced ones, giving the hopefuls a chance to learn best practices around Salesforce.  Cloud Next Level understands that returning to the workforce requires some updated technical skills – we’ve got you covered.  We also know that core professional competencies don’t really change. Being in the workforce might be just like riding a bike.  If you’ve stepped away for while there’s no reason that you can’t get back in at the level you deserve.

There are several different skill sets needed to ensure successful projects as a Salesforce supporter. Whether bringing a technical background, or superior organizational skills, there’s a track for every apprentice – Administrator, Project Manager, Business Analyst or even Developer.  Multiple tracks make it easy to match your skills and interests to the job you’ll best succeed in.
