CheckpointID a Case Study in Salesforce Optimization

THE CHALLENGE:

A startup, CheckpointID, with no certified Salesforce Administrator on staff, needed help for their “accidental administrator.” CheckpointID had a quick start implementation for its Salesforce system which had limited customization.
